Wycombe Wanderers are recruiting for a First-Team Recruitment Analyst to join the Data Intelligence and Insights team at Marlow Road.
This role is integral to the player acquisition process, conducting thorough due diligence and assisting in the building of comprehensive player profiles.
It requires a strategic thinker who excels at gathering, analysing, and synthesising intelligence across various sources - including player backgrounds, professional history, character assessment, and injury records.
By delivering deep insights aligned with both tactical requirements and the club’s cultural values, you will support the Chief Football Officer, Director of Football Strategy and Data Intelligence, and other leadership staff in making well-informed recruitment decisions.
