What will you be doing?
From 1 February 2027 we are looking for an intern to provide support in organising and coordinating the programmes for the (volunteer) youth scouts. The internship can be called very varied, as you will work on an ad hoc basis, in a structured way and on projects.
While drawing up the weekly programmes for the (volunteer) youth scouts, you will think about how this process can be improved. How do we make sure our scouts get tailor-made programmes?
Tasks involved:
- Identifying the relevant matches for the youth scouts (league, cup, friendly and KNVB matches, as well as tournaments).
- Assigning the scouts to the matches mentioned above, in consultation with the coordinators
- Drawing up and sending out the scouting programmes

- You are following a relevant higher professional education (HBO) course
- An IT background is an advantage
- You have a talent for organising and are enthusiastic and proactive
- You have a sense of responsibility and good communication skills
- You are flexible in your working hours and days, showing that you are willing to go the extra mile
- You have an affinity with football/elite sport in general and with sc Heerenveen in particular
- You are able to work independently within the agreements made

Wat ga je doen?
Wij zoeken per 1 februari 2027 een stagiair die ondersteuning biedt op het gebied van het organiseren en coördineren van de programma’s voor de (vrijwillige) jeugdscouts. De stage is erg divers te noemen, aangezien je ad hoc-, gestructureerd- en projectmatig te werk zal gaan.
Tijdens het proces van het maken van de wekelijkse programma’s voor de (vrijwillige) jeugdscouts denk je na over hoe dit proces geoptimaliseerd kan worden. Op welke manier zorgen wij voor op maat gemaakte programma’s voor onze scouts?
Taken die hierbij komen kijken;
- In kaart brengen van de relevante wedstrijden voor de jeugdscouts (competitie-, beker-, oefen- en KNVB-wedstrijden, maar ook toernooien).
- Indelen van de scouts op de hierboven genoemde wedstrijden, in samenspraak met de coördinatoren
- Opmaken en versturen van de scoutingsprogramma’s

- Jij volgt een relevante HBO opleiding
- IT-achtergrond is een pré
- Je bent een talent in het organiseren, bent enthousiast en proactief
- Je hebt verantwoordelijkheidsbesef en bent communicatief vaardig
- Je bent flexibel in werktijden en -dagen en laat hiermee zien bereid te zijn om iets extra’s te willen doen
- Je hebt affiniteit met voetbal/topsport in het algemeen en met sc Heerenveen in het bijzonder
- Je bent in staat om binnen de gemaakte afspraken zelfstandig te kunnen werken
