Scouting Opportunity - First Team Live/Video Scout - Player & Opposition Analysis – National League South (Voluntary Role)
Hampton and Richmond Borough FC are looking to recruit First Team Scouts (In-Person & Remote) to support player recruitment and opposition analysis.
Role Overview
- Live scouting under 21 and step 1-4 fixtures
- Identification of players with the physical, technical and tactical attributes to perform at National League South level
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clubs, agents and football contacts
- Producing a combination of player and team reports to aid the club’s recruitment process
- Producing opposition reports to aid the club’s analysis department
What We’re Looking For:
- Player identification skills
- Understanding of positional profiles, game models and physical demands of senior football
- Understand how do a professional team report
- Organised, reliable and confident using digital scouting and reporting tools
