Your tasks
- Analysing the matches of our teams in the performance section with a focus on our HSV playing identity

We would like to meet you if you
- are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in sports science, sports management, match analysis or similar (with proof of a mandatory internship),
- have sound knowledge of using Sportscode and Hudl and are ideally familiar with other analysis tools (e.g. Studio),
- stand out through strong tactical football knowledge and the ability to apply it in practice,
- ideally already have previous experience in (elite) football and an understanding of how the targeted use of video analysis can improve performance,
- have very good written and spoken communication skills in German and English, and
- are a genuine team player and keen to develop yourself and HSV further.

- Analyse der Spiele unserer Teams im Leistungsbereich mit dem Fokus auf unsere HSV-Spielidentität
- Erstellung von Trainingsanalysen unserer Teams im Leistungsbereich zur Reflexion unserer HSV-Trainingsmethodik
- Erstellung und Pflege einer Trainingsdatenbank
- Situative Analyse des Verhaltens von Trainer/-innen im Rahmen der Entwicklung von Trainer/-innen (Schwerpunkt Coachingstile)
Wir würden dich gerne kennenlernen, wenn du
- eingeschriebene/-r Student/-in (m/w/d) im Bereich Sportwissenschaft, Sportmanagement, Spielanalyse o.Ä. bist (mit Nachweis eines Pflichtpraktikums),
- fundierte Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Sportscode und Hudl mitbringst und idealerweise mit anderen Analysetools (z. B. Studio) vertraut bist,
- dich durch ein ausgeprägtes fußballtaktisches Wissen sowie die Fähigkeit, dieses praxisbezogen anzuwenden, auszeichnest,
- idealerweise bereits Vorerfahrungen im (Leistungs-)Fußball mitbringst und ein Verständnis dafür hast, wie der gezielte Einsatz von Videoanalyse die Leistung verbessern kann,
- sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch mitbringst sowie
- ein/-e echte/-r Teamplayer/-in bist und Lust hast, dich und den HSV weiterzuentwickeln.
